Orzo with Chorizo, Tomato and Marinated Feta

Continuing our Ottolenghi inspiration week comes this quick and delicious meal that he has characterised as "short on time, easier than you think and requiring less than 10 ingredients". I had come home from a 38 hour shift at the hospital and the aromas wafting down the corridor from our kitchen were a tonic like no other. This dish warmed me up from the inside and made me feel safe at home and the feta marinated in fennel and chilli seeds are a surprisingly flavourful addition which can be added to other salads you make throughout the week.
