Blue Cheese Dip

Blue Cheese is a very divisive ingredient; there are those that absolutely love the funky deliciousness it brings and there are those with no taste. In my opinion the funkier the blue cheese the better and the mouldy marbling on a particularly good blue is one of the most aesthetically pleasing things in food. This dip has been known to convert blue cheese haters especially when paired with something sweet and crunchy like Honey and Sriracha or Chutney Wings.
Time: 5 minutes
Serves: 6-8 people
Difficulty: Easy Peasy
Ingredients
1 Cup Mayonnaise
2 Small cloves of garlic
1 Tbsp Sour Cream
A dash of Worcestershire sauce
Juice of Quarter a lemon
100g Blue Cheese (You can adjust this to your taste and how funky you want the sauce)
Salt & Pepper to taste
Method
Add the mayo, sour cream, garlic, Worcestershire and blue cheese to a small blender and blend until smooth but not completely pureed.
Taste it and adjust the seasoning with the lemon juice, salt & pepper.
You can sprinkle some chunks on blue cheese on top if you're extra like me
Happy Cooking!
