Artichoke Dip

This dip is actually the creation of Robin Petersen but since tasting it we've probably made it more than 15 times. Every time it disappears in about 15 minutes and we're showered with praise that we immediately credit all to Rob. So thank you Rob for making us see artichokes in a whole new light and allowing us to share your amazing dip!
Time: 35 minutes
Serves: 6-10
Difficulty: Easy Peasy
Ingredients
1 can drained artichoke heart
1 brick of cream cheese
1 cup of mayonnaise
1 clove garlic (2 if small)
1 cup grated Parmesan
Tablespoon fresh dill
Method
1. Mix all ingredients in a food processor and bakeĀ for 30 min at 180 with additional Parmesan on top for crust.
